That’s exactly why I built this course.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led technology projects, construction programs, and cybersecurity initiatives, all with complex forecasting demands, cross-functional teams, and high-stakes reporting to leadership. Like many PMs, I didn’t get formal training in forecasting early in my career. I had to learn it the hard way, often under pressure.

A: Each session is designed for live participation, but if you miss one, you’ll receive a short recap to keep you on track. Recordings are not provided to protect the live experience.

A: Absolutely. Many employers cover the cost as part of professional development. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after enrollment that you can submit for reimbursement.

A: Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion for your records or for employer reimbursement.
Current PMP holders can 6 PDUs for full attendance at the completion of the course.
