I know what it feels like to be handed forecasting responsibility without much guidance. To be asked for answers while juggling incomplete information, shifting priorities, and real-world pressure.

That’s exactly why I built this course.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led technology projects, construction programs, and cybersecurity initiatives, all with complex forecasting demands, cross-functional teams, and high-stakes reporting to leadership. Like many PMs, I didn’t get formal training in forecasting early in my career. I had to learn it the hard way, often under pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A: Each session is designed for live participation, but if you miss one, you’ll receive a short recap to keep you on track. Recordings are not provided to protect the live experience.

  • A: Absolutely. Many employers cover the cost as part of professional development. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after enrollment that you can submit for reimbursement.

  • A: Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion for your records or for employer reimbursement.

    Current PMP holders can 6 PDUs for full attendance at the completion of the course.

  • A: 1:1 coaching may be available after your cohort completes. We’ll talk about options if you’re interested once the course wraps up.

  • A: Each group is intentionally kept small — typically 3 to 5 participants — to allow for real discussion, interaction, and individual feedback.
